Bodyzone - Mon 3 - 4.30 pm
Visit Bodyzone for info + advice about health for young people on all sorts of topics including healthy eating, sexual health, bullying, more.
Year 9 Night - Mondays 7.30pm to 9.30/10pm
Calling all Year 9's! Your own special night to come to youth club, play pool, table tennis, darts, create something in our arts den, watch TV, go on the internet or even use the Wii!!
CRE8 - Mondays 7.30pm to 10pm
A creative space for you to relax and chill out, come along and get involved in creative projects, arts, crafts, music, drama, try new stuff, learn something new!
Connexions Drop In - Tues 3pm-5pm
Want to see a Connexions Personal Advisor? Connexions is here every Tuesday to see young people who want some information and advice about college courses / Sixth form / looking for a job / applying to Uni
SCUMBAG - Tue 6-10pm
Got a band and have nowhere to practice? Trying to get one started? You can use the Allandale to practice with your band or on your own without parents telling you to be quiet. Contact the centre to organise some times.
WILD : Music Group - Wed1.30p-3pm
A fortnightly group for people aged 16+ with disabilities. Meet others, express yourself through music.
The Drop In - Wed 7.30 - 9.45pm
Drop-in for young people aged 13 to 19, come and play pool, use the internet, watch tv or anything else that takes your fancy. Youth Workers around to chat to.
Year 10 Night - Thu 7.30pm - 9.45pm
Drop-in for young people in Year 10, come and play pool use the internet, watch tv or anything else that takes your fancy. Youth Workers around to chat to.
Young Mums Group - Fri 1.30 - 3.30pm
Come and meet other young mums in the area. All young mums (under 20) in Carterton and surrounding villages are welcome. Held at Carterton Children's Centre (Edithmoorhouse school).
Outreach - Fri 7.30 - 10pm
Out on the streets of Carterton on a Friday night? Then look out for Allandale Outreach. We are youth workers who are out on the streets to look after you, check you're alright offering information and advice about any issues. We also carry a first aid kit and condoms!

We have a Coffee bar (lovely telly on freeview) with our brand new internet cafe (3 computers wired up to broadband) and a WIFI zone! so just drop in and say hi. We also have a hall, with music decks, pool, table football, computers, PS2, Digital TV, video, music and much more !!! You can also get lots of information, internet access and more from our Connexions Access point, where there are leaflets on just about any subject you can think of. There are often new events and projects being planned so come along and get involved.

Summer programme 2010

Joint Summer Residential for young people aged 13–16 years at the Woodlands Outdoor Education Centre in Wales. Details: 23rd-27th August 2010, £25, transport included, 48 spaces, please book early. Contact any of the centre team if you're interested in going along for application forms and more details.

Working together: Witney, Eynsham & Carterton Youth Centres from the Integrated Youth Support Service, working with Base 33 to provide Positive activities for young people. For more information about this prohject please contact Carol Rowlands Area Youth Worker on 07769742295.

Carterton Youth Council

The Carterton Youth Council meets on the 1st Wed of month. It consists of 4-6 Young people elected to represent their school or organisation. The group meets at Carterton Town Hall to discuss how to improve Carterton for young people. All ideas welcome, please get in touch or see cartertonyouthcouncil.wordpress.com for more information.
