Local Access Points
What are they?
Connexions Access Points are places where you can access face-to-face support from Connexions advisers.
Action Plans
Following the 2007 Customer Satisfaction Survey, Oxfordshire's Connexions Centres are putting together their action plans for 2008 which will address your concerns and take on board your comments.
Connexions Centres
Offices in town centres where you can get information and find out about jobs, education and volunteering and training opportunities. As well as being like Job Centres for young people aged 13-19, you can also access a variety of other information and support about topics like housing, drugs and sexual health. You can even sign up for schemes like the Safety Card.
Hours vary, and you may need to make an appointment.
Click on the map to find contact details and opening hours your nearest Connexions centre, or see the full list here.
You can also download a contact list for Oxfordshire Connexions Centres.
Vacancy Bulletins
Some of these Connexions Centres also produce job bulletins about opportunities in their areas. You can download them here:
Please be aware that the centres will know of more opportunities than are listed here so please always contact your local centre for the most up-to-date information.
Youth Centre Access Point
Information point in a Youth Centre. Youth Workers can give you information about life skills, confidence-building, training and more. They can also refer you to other services. Check for drop-in times and information sessions (sometimes called "Bodyzone").
