The application forms for the Youth Opportunity Fund, the Youth Capital Fund, and the Chill out fund, also the appeals form for appealing a decision.

Youth Opportunity Fund &
Youth Capital Fund

You should apply for the Youth Opportunity Fund or the Youth Capital Fund (or a combination of both) on the same form.

• Please read the guidance notes and application form carefully
• Bids must be made by young people with support from an adult
• Bids must be for work taking place before March 2011

Bids for the Youth Opportunity Fund are considered at monthly meetings, but there are deadlines for the Youth Capital Fund (larger grants for equipment and facilities). These are:

• 31st April 2010
• 31st August 2010

Please keep a copy of your completed application form for your own information, as we are unable to provide copies at a later date.

Appeal Form and Guidance

If you want to appeal a funding decision, you have two options. You can speak with one of our participation workers to help strengthen your application, and apply again, or you can appeal the decision using this form:

Chill out Fund

If you already have some funding in place, the Chill Out Fund is a great way to make it go further. It offers matched funding up to £5,000.

• Please read the Application Form and Notes carefully
• Bids can be made by young people or adults
• Bids are considered at public meetings at County Hall in Oxford

The Chill Out Fund Form and Guidance Notes includes notes about the fund, dates of this year's meetings and all the information you need to complete your application.

Bids must be received at least ten working days before a meeting to be considered. Applicants will be notified within ten working days of the meeting. The dates for these are:
