The activities, resources and materials in this section are designed for young people aged 13-19. The activities are suitable to be delivered by young people or workers in a Youth Work setting. Some may be suitable for adaptation to other circumstances.

All these activities orginated in Youth Work in Oxfordshire. Where possible the young people and workers involved in producing the activities have been credited.

Think B4U Drink Think B4U Drink
Developed at the Allandale Centre in Carterton, learn about alcohol using a quiz and design postcards.
Street Smart - personal safety for young people
Developed during a project funded by Here to Help, this presentation, created by Wood Farm Youth Group, raises young people's awareness of their own safety in different situations.

Bodyzone poster-making activity suitable for groups, couples and anyone else romantic.
Too much sugar? The Balance of Good Health
Eating well is crucial to good health, and has a powerful effect on everything from weight to concentration. This section contains healthy recipes and advice on getting the balance right.

Childrens Rights Checklist
A working document produced by Save the Children's Children's Rights Development Team (Oxfordshire), which aims to place Children Rights at the centre of working with children and young people.

Activities may be reproduced for use with young people, as long as a credit to Oxfordshire County Council Youth Service is included.
