Think B4U Drink
Introduction
Alcohol is a serious issue for almost all young people, and young people are drinking more heavily and getting drunk more often than ever before. Every year about 1,000 young people aged under 15 are admitted to hospital each year with acute alcohol poisoning. All need emergency treatment.
Youth Information worker Shelley Vaisey and youth workers in the Allandale Youth Centre worked with young people from Carterton Community College to create a poster and a set of four postcards to give a clear and powerful message about alcohol.
