No place like home

The launch of the "No Place Like Home" programme for Banbury took place at the youth centre on Thursday 10th July 2008. The usual youth club programme was suspended for one evening as young people and parents enjoyed the launch activities.

The launch included video animation, digital music and live performances, alongside a specially commissioned DVD and three awareness posters. The awareness posters (below) were designed by young people working with the MAPRO project.

No place like home is a programme of support for young people and parents. It helps families stay together and young people stay in the family home despite difficult circumstances.
