Green Pioneers comes to Bicester
Are you 16-25 years old? Want to meet new friends or learn new skills? Then come along to the Bicester Green Pioneers activities being held this Autumn.
What's "Green Pioneers"?
Green Pioneers are conservation taster sessions around Bicester, organised by environmental charity BTCV for young people who want to try out conservation volunteering for the first time.
The sessions offer a great opportunity to make a real difference in your local area while having a lot of fun!
There are sessions running from now until March 2008, with a chance to have a go at building benches, planting trees, repairing steps, making mosaics, hedgelaying and much more.
Each session is three hours long, we provide the tools and materials so all you have to do is bring enthusiasm. Best of all, it’s free!
Sounds great! How do I get involved?
If you want to find out what activities are coming up or you want to book a place on a session, call or text Alison on 07801 686028 or contact her by email on Alison.Smith@btcv.org.uk.
Extra incentive! after every session each participant is entered into a draw to win a £15 iTunes voucher.
