Webchat help is available with live advisors online
Your local Connexions Advisers are online and available to chat weekdays from 10am-5pm. From 7th June you can also chat to advisers Tuesday to Thursday 5pm-7pm.
Who are you chatting to?
The online chat service is staffed by your regular Connexions advisers. We are a mixture of Advisers including school-based workers, specialist advisers, staff from the Opportunities Team, Supporting Choices and even the Service Manager Richard Savage! We all have different skills and knowledge, so we might need to ask our colleagues or get back to you with information. But we can all help you find local services, understand your options and gather the information you need.

Confidentiality
- All online chat is recorded, but it will be treated as confidential.
- It will be read only by you and the adviser you are chatting to unless you want us to talk to somebody for you, or you are in danger.
- You may chat anonymously if you want, but if you identify yourself we will be able to offer better support.
- If you identify yourself, we will briefly record that we chatted with you, and any outcomes of the chat.
- This will help any future advisers give you better support.
